Siliguri, May 11 (Siliguri Journal) – Once more, the Chhota Fapri Nepali Primary School faced trouble when a wild elephant damaged its kitchen window during a raid late on Friday night. Locals report that wild elephants frequently wander into nearby areas from the forest, causing damage.
The area near the forest has been prone to frequent elephant attacks. Reportedly, wild elephants have been wandering in search of food in various areas, leading to the breaking of the school’s window.
Three employees were sleeping in the kitchen during the incident, but luckily, they escaped unharmed. However, the incident has sparked widespread panic in the area.
