Large-scale Blood Donation Event Orchestrated in Bagdogra

Bagdogra, Nov 27 (Siliguri Journal) – To tackle the shortage of blood supply, a fantastic initiative took place in Bagdogra. The Workers Association of Bagdogra organized a massive blood donation camp at Bihar More. The event was honored by the presence of Naxalbari BDO Pranab Chattaraj and other distinguished individuals.

Ratan Kumar Ghosh, a member of the organization, explained that the initiative aimed to address the blood shortage problem by setting a goal to collect 500 units of blood. All the collected blood will be sent to the blood banks at North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH) and Terai Lions to support those in need.
